By tendering goods to us, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Forklift and Material Handling Services Terms
These Forklift and Material Handling Services Terms ("Terms") govern all industrial equipment rentals, operated forklift services, warehouse handling, and material movement support provided by Nov 11 Holdings ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to the client ("Customer," "you," or "your").
1. Service Types and Operations
Operated Services: When we provide a forklift with an operator, the operator remains our employee but acts under your operational direction at the job site.
Bare Rentals: When you rent a forklift without an operator, you assume total responsibility for operations, fueling, daily fluid checks, and safe usage.
Site Conditions: The Customer must ensure the operating surface is solid, level, clear of debris, and capable of supporting the gross weight of the equipment and its maximum capacity load.
